The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement without giving any reason until the expiry of the 14 (fourteen) day period, which begins on the day of receipt of the goods. The deadline for withdrawal from the agreement may be extended by the Seller in the case of certain promotions, about which the Consumer is always informed in advance.
The right to withdraw from the Agreement does not apply to goods that have been manufactured in accordance with the Consumer's special requirements, made to measure or intended specifically for a specific person. In such a case, the Consumer has no right to withdraw from the agreement.

Goods made in accordance with the consumer's special requirements are goods that are not standardly offered by the seller in the Online store, and the consumer himself requests the seller to modify standardly offered goods or change their parameters or properties. • Made-to-measure goods are goods that the Seller manufactures expressly in accordance with the Consumer's requirements (e.g. dioptric lenses with a specific dioptre value, dioptric lenses with a specific dioptre value together witha treatment of the lens surface in the form of protection against blue light, in the form of tempered glass, dioptric lenses with a specific dioptre value with solar dioptres, with photochromic lenses or with polarising lenses).
Goods intended specifically for a specific person are goods that are adapted to the needs of a specific Consumer.
(Goods manufactured in accordance with the Consumer's specific requirements, goods made-to-measure or goods intended specifically for a specific person are referred to as "Special Goods".).

The Consumer may exercise the right to withdraw from the Agreement concluded with the Seller at the following address: https://recordglasses.pl /or by e-mail to contact@recordglasses.pl, whereby the Consumer may use the online withdrawal form, which is available here: return form. The Seller is obliged to issue the Consumer with confirmation of its receipt on a durable medium immediately after receiving the declaration of withdrawal from the Agreement, if the Consumer has withdrawn from the Agreement using the withdrawal form. After completing and sending the online withdrawal form, the Consumer will receive from the Seller by e-mail information about the return of goods and the postal address to which the returned goods should be sent. After receiving all information in accordance with the previous sentence, the Consumer should appropriately pack the goods and, within 14 days, return the goods in accordance with the instructions provided after registering the return. The costs of returning the goods are borne entirely by the Consumer. The deadline for withdrawal from the Agreement is considered to have been met if the notification of withdrawal from the Agreement was sent to the Seller no later than on the last day of the deadline.
The Seller reserves the right to withdraw from the Agreement at any time before the delivery of the goods, if a circumstance beyond the Seller's control occurs, resulting in the impossibility of delivering the ordered goods to the Consumer on the terms specified in the order. The Seller will immediately inform the Consumer of this fact by e-mail or telephone (to the e-mail address and/or telephone number) provided by the Consumer in the Order Form. Within 14 (fourteen) days of withdrawal from the Agreement, the Seller will return to the Consumer all payments received from the Consumer under the Agreement or in connection with the Agreement.
