Ordering only frames without personalized lenses will ship in 1 day, excluding weekends.

Shipping time for frames with personalized lenses depends on the option you choose. Standard option usually takes 7 business days + shipping time and express option takes up to 3 business days + shipping time.

Returns can be made within 14 days of delivery.

Only products that are not personalized medical kits (corrective glasses with lenses) are eligible for return. See our Returns Policy for more details.
